Description

RER Solutions, Inc., is seeking an experienced professional to join their team in Washington, DC as an Advisor/Project Manager.

In this role, the selected individual will take the lead in producing top-notch analysis and reporting products for the Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI) within the Army Portfolio & Asset Management project.

The main focus will be on maintaining client satisfaction, addressing their needs, and effectively managing teams to meet client requirements.



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure precision and quality in written reports and numerical analysis provided to the client
  • Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact to align client needs with company capabilities
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues by utilizing available resources
  • Coordinate efforts among team members, partners, and client staff to complete projects efficiently
  • Stay informed about ongoing projects, keeping the team updated to optimize productivity
  • Communicate regularly with internal staff and clients to share updates and maintain awareness
  • Supervise financial analysts in regular reporting and special projects
  • Develop various written materials with exceptional language skills
  • Support legislative affairs by drafting statements for hearings and responses
  • Provide training to enhance team performance and ensure excellent service delivery
  • Ensure high-quality work from the team by taking ownership and responsibility

Requirements:

  • Must be a US citizen to obtain client-issued Public Trust
  • Proficient in writing and editing for various formats
  • Knowledge of legislative affairs is advantageous
  • Strong background in real estate, asset management, and finance
  • Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling expertise required
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Capability to work effectively across different organizations
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
