The Mission of FBI-LEEDA (FBI-Law Enforcement Executive Development Association) is to advance the science and art of law enforcement leadership and promote the exchange of information to improve law enforcement management practices through training, education, and networking among police professionals across the United States and beyond.


FBI-LEEDA is a private, non-profit organization and is not part of the Federal Bureau of Investigation or acting on its behalf.

We're looking to add a Training Coodinator to our Malvern, PA headquarters team.

Job Summary:

The Training Coordinator(s) support the classes, instructors, hosts, and students before, during and after taking FBI-LEEDA leadership courses. The Coordinator manages registration, certificates, supplies, content and more for each course offered by FBI-LEEDA across the US.


Job Classification:

Non-exempt (hourly)

Pay midpoint for this role is $53, pay will depend on experience)


Reports to:

Training Manager


Work Schedule and Details:


  • Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4 pm which includes a paid lunch period
  • Inoffice (Malvern, PA)
  • Occasional Overtime
  • Summer Hours

Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate communications with students and instructors to ensure relative information is exchanged and updated in a timely manner.
  • Manage student inquiries to ensure timely and accurate response.
  • Manage student registrations
  • Manage student rosters and certificates of completion.
  • Manage Trilogy database, certificates, and award processing.
  • Regularly update student data, class schedules, new classes and rosters on the Google sheet, Your Membership (YM) and Deputy app.
  • Update content and layout of class workbooks, presentation slides and certificates as needed.
  • Coordinate box materials and supply orders for classes; ship materials; manage all fed ex labels including tracking.
  • Create, review and send Survey Monkey links.
  • Assist with onboarding of new instructors.
  • Assisting with scheduling classes and instructors.
  • Working with Microsoft forms.
  • Work with finance on invoicing.
  • Other duties as assigned by the management team that are consistent with the job function

  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude

Qualifications for Training Coordinator:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous success in handling multiple tasks and duties simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction and follow through with mínimal supervision
  • Strong, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to travel to conferences (less than 10% once or twice per year)
