About CMX CinéBistro Stony Point


CMX CinéBistro Stony Point is a one-of-a-kind elevated movie-going experience with amenities such as all reserved seating, full-service in-theatre dining, extensive beer, wine & cocktail selections and a chef-crafted menu.

All auditoriums feature 4k digital projection, and 7.1 surround sound.

Guests can choose to dine in our restaurant and bar if not seeing a movie and are never required to order food or drinks when seeing a movie.

We also offer traditional movie concessions such as hot, fresh popcorn, candies and snacks.


Job Requirements:


  • Management or supervisory experience in the theater, restaurant, retail, or hospitality, industries; high volume experience preferred
  • People First mentality and handson leadership style
  • Passion for and commitment to the theater/restaurant industry
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and approach to thinking required to lead an emerging concept/brand (i.e. sees big picture, embraces critical thinking, quest for continuous improvement, innovative)
  • Ability to make decisions and take accountability for them, even when there isn't a clear precedent or direction
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate directions and expectations to staff and management and have the sincere desire to build, coach, and develop successful teams
  • Commitment to fostering an environment of superior guest service and quality; ability to successfully resolve guest service issues
  • Ability to positively impact the P&L through managing quality standards and cost controls
  • Basic technical aptitude and computer literacy to include the ability to operate pointofsale software, scheduling software, MS Word, and MS Excel
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Interest in future Assistant General Manager or General Manager Positions and ability to relocate as needed for upward mobility strongly preferred.
