Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management, consulting, cofounder or related technical role.
- 5 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
- Experience building AIpowered products.
- Experience working with customers and translating insights into product experiences.
- Experience working across multiple teams and functions to achieve shared goals.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 7 years of experience working crossfunctionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- 7 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
- 5 years of experience in software development or engineering.
- Knowledge of building accessibility best practices, and experience incorporating inclusion and accessibility into product development methodologies.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$305,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities:
- Manage collaboration with partner teams (e.g., engineers, program managers, UX) during product designs.
- Own and oversee definition of product roadmaps.
- Own development and secure buyin for a product idea that identifies, defines, and supports the overall product narrative and direction.
- Oversee validation of market size and opportunity (e.g., userbased, strategic opportunity, business growth).
- Lead a team through defining, identifying, collecting, and tracking product or business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative for new or existing products or business ventures.
