Here are your tasks in detail:

  • You support and advise our customers in using our software solutions for financial and asset accounting via phone, remote maintenance, and video conferencing
  • You introduce these applications to customers and provide training partly onsite, mostly online
  • You contribute creatively to the development of our programs
  • You support our programmers in software testing and thoroughly check our solutions
  • You lead trainings and seminars in your area of expertise
  • You create training videos, materials, and product descriptions

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable degree
  • You have solid accounting knowledge or are currently working in accounting yourself
  • You enjoy working with commercial software and Excel and act in a solutionoriented manner in the interest of our customers
  • You have a passion for working with computers
  • You enjoy communicating and helping others solve problems
