Join our client's dedicated team as a Lead CRNA managing daily operations at a well-established practice in Findlay, OH. Enjoy a collaborative work environment, competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.
Annual base salary starts at $223K, increases based on experience and proficiencies
On-call rates:
$250/night
Weekend day $1200
Cardiac $250/night, $500/day
Overtime/call back rate:
$175/hr
Also open to 1099 candidates
Relocation assistance
Student loan reimbursement ($80K over 4 years)
Signing bonus up to $20K (negotiable)
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations, direct CRNA assignments
Promote open communication and a collaborative and supportive work environment with surgeons and staff
Provide direction, guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality and efficient patient care
Promote excellent customer service with patients and staff
Participate in physician and advanced practice provider interviews
Opportunities for overtime if desired
Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
Variety of cases (Otolaryngology, Gastroenterology, General surgery, Gynecological surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic surgery, Pain management, Podiatry, Urology)
Collaborative and supportive medical staff, operations team and leadership
