    Overview

    Salary

    Annual base salary starts at $223K (increases based on experience and proficiencies)

    On-call rates:

    • $250/night
    • Weekend day $1200
    • Cardiac $250/night, $500/day
    • Overtime/call back rate: $175/hr

    Location

    The ideal candidate would be local to Findlay, OH

    • Client is also open to 1099 candidates
    • Relocation assistance can be provided

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or higher
    • CRNA (2+ years)
    • ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
    • Board Certified
    • Valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification/license in the state of Ohio (OH)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily operations, direct CRNA assignments
    • Promote open communication and a collaborative and supportive work environment with surgeons and staff
    • Provide direction, guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality and efficient patient care
    • Promote excellent customer service with patients and staff
    • Participate in physician and advanced practice provider interviews
    • Opportunities for overtime if desired
    • Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
    • Variety of cases (Otolaryngology, Gastroenterology, General surgery, Gynecological surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic surgery, Pain management, Podiatry, Urology)
    • Collaborative and supportive medical staff, operations team and leadership

    Schedule and Shift Details
