General Summary:

As a System Analyst, Staff in the IT organization, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of external-facing Digital Experience solutions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working as a team leader to evaluate, build, and support cloud solutions, architectures, and processes across the Digital Marketing landscape.

In this role you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, IT leadership, and external vendors of MarTech solutions and tools.

Serves in a functional leadership role across the organization for externalfacing Digital Experience solutions.
Subject matter expertise and translates business requirements into technical solutions.
Balance of business and technology acumen, including ability to articulate highlevel technical solutions to business problems and to tie your solutions to program success criteria.
Understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape and experience with relevant Digital Marketing strategies and technologies.
Experience with WCMS solutions and digital marketing practices and technologies.
Experience with digital marketing practices: personalization and content targeting, cross channel marketing, data driven optimization, web and social analytics, and marketing automation.
Experience with data integration, data transformation, data warehousing, and ETL concepts and technologies
Actively manages team project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for several projects concurrently.
Creates and reviews functional and/or system specifications that meet business user requirements, often for multiple large scale projects.
Participates in project review sessions to communicate project status and discuss complex issues.
Identifies resources, delegates work, and reviews the work of team members in order to address changing timelines or priorities.
Manages designated work unit by translating business plans into tactical action items, ensuring all guidelines are followed, delegating tasks to meet goals and objectives, and overseeing the completion of work assignments.
Helps team members to determine which work tasks are most important, manages distractions, and deals with setbacks in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of ITrelevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.

OR

7+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience leading informal teams.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Having a moderate amount of influence over key organizational decisions (e.g., is consulted by senior leadership to provide input on key decisions).
Using deductive and inductive problem solving; multiple approaches may be taken/necessary to solve the problem; often information is missing or incomplete; intermediate data analysis/interpretation skills may be required.
Exercising substantial creativity to innovate new processes, procedures, or work products within guidelines or to achieve established objectives.
