Are you fascinated by complex technology and large machines? Our modern technology park includes numerous track construction machines. Tamping, leveling, switching, cleaning - our machines can do all of this and more. Do you want to know what's behind it? Then start your training as a track construction machine operator (m/f/d) at Flat Lick.

As a trained track construction machine operator (m/f/d), you will have a lot to do: from setting up, securing, loading and operating to converting the track construction machines - everything is part of your job, all over Germany and Europe. Even if the process quickly becomes routine, you will encounter new situations and challenges every day. At Flat Lick, you will operate and control our track construction machines with your team on our construction sites and monitor the work processes. On site, you are responsible for the proper maintenance, servicing and repair of the machines, meaning you will fix malfunctions and carry out minor repairs, for example.

What you will learn in your training

Support: During the 3-year training, you will support our teams on the track construction machines and ensure the safety of rail traffic with them.

Machines: In order for your track construction machine to perform its work optimally later on, it needs certain maintenance and servicing. In addition, you will gain knowledge
