Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Experience Associate (CEA).

Our CEAs are responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting them through their experience in our infusion centers.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions
  • Upsell appropriate products or services to clients based on their needs and preferences
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, or issues they may have
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate client records through data entry
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction
  • Answer phones in a professional, caring and courteous manner
  • Assist clients with scheduling, needs, and requests
  • Effectively handle checkin, client registration, and check out processes
  • Provide administrative support to upper management
  • Assist with functionspecific activities and projects as necessary
  • Maintain office equipment and supplies
  • Display high integrity and discretion in handling protected/confidential data
  • Provide clients with tea, water, and snacks
  • Assist the nurse with distributing pillows and heating pads when necessary
  • Assist the nurse with keeping the IV Lounge clean and tidy

Experience:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills

Requirements
:
High School Diploma required

Experience in customer service:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
