Due to strategic growth, we are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for Design and Development (m/f/d) for the Nuremberg area.

Your responsibilities:
Leading mechanical development projects from conception to series production.
Coordinating an interdisciplinary team (design, structural mechanics, dynamics).
Developing technical solutions for customer-specific requirements.
Planning and managing all project phases, considering time, cost, and quality.
Collaborating with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with norms and standards, as well as continuous process improvement.

Your profile:
Completed degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in special machinery construction and solid project management skills.
Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams.
Extensive expertise in developing and implementing technical solutions.
Strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with customers and suppliers.
Structured and goal-oriented work style, as well as high self-initiative.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
