The Bainbridge Companies is currently seeking a Temporary Leasing Specialist to join our team in Frederick, MD. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our leasing operations for a specified period.


Requirements:


  • Conduct leasing activities, including responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and conducting property tours
  • Collaborate with the leasing team to meet occupancy goals and leasing targets
  • Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant interactions
  • Assist with marketing efforts to attract potential tenants

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in leasing or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of leasing laws and regulations is a plus
