Are you interested in working as a Call Center Agent, Sales Agent, Telephone Customer Service Representative, Telephone Customer Advisor, or Sales Manager m/w/d from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm in the telecommunications sector for B2B existing customers in a call center in Berlin?

As a Call Center Agent, Sales Agent, Telephone Customer Service Representative, Telephone Customer Advisor, or Sales Manager m/w/d, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing long-term and strong business relationships independently
  • Providing sales and technical customer support
  • Actively and regularly contacting customers
  • Identifying customer needs to generate cross and upselling opportunities
  • Providing technical advice on digital solutions
  • Assisting companies with digitalization

Benefits:

  • Fixed salary of 2100 € + uncapped commissions (target salary of 3200 €)
  • 2,100€ for 40 hours/week + at least 500€ bonus in the first 6 months
  • Pleasant office in Mitte
  • Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm
