Concord Hospitality is seeking an enthusiastic and driven General Manager to lead this hotel on a continued path of success. Our Cambria Hotel Washington, D.C. Convention Center hotel is located at the City Market,, just steps from the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Accessible by Metro and walking-distance to D.C.'s Chinatown, Howard University, Capital One Arena, National Mall, White House, and all the District has to offer

  • Organized, detailed oriented and able to lead a winning team of passionate and service driven hospitality professionals.
  • Strong sales background and established networking skills.
  • Proven track record in driving GSS.
  • Effective in hiring, mentoring and leading a team toward outstanding results.
  • Able to deliver outstanding financial results.
  • Well versed in sales, food & beverage, catering and events, as well as excellent customer service delivery
  • City center and convention hotel experience, plus extended stay and Hyatt experience desired.

Being a Concord GM:


As a General Manager you will be instrumental in hiring motivating and rewarding a winning management team supporting our company's mission statement and embracing our cornerstones.

You may be the liaison with the hotel brand, our owners and with Concord by facilitating a successful business operation through the orchestration of brand training, meeting operational deadlines, following budget guidelines and networking with city officials as the "face" of this exciting brand.

Salary range (based upon experience): $129,802 - $162,253


Experience:

  • 3+ Years Hotel GM Experience
