- Proactively engage customers in the Print Services area to enhance their experience
- Promote sales of best solutions and additional products using the selling program
- Operate equipment efficiently to ensure timely order completion
- Train support staff on new products and tools
- Maintain the appearance of the Print Services area
- Act as an External Key Carrier, ensuring building safety and security
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in related field with 2 years retail management experience
- Experience in Print Center Operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced selling skills
- Adaptable and able to coach and train others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use technology and POS register system
