Project Manager/ Construction Manager - Westlake, United States - Cascade Innovations

Are you ready to take on these tasks with us at Westlake?
- Implementation of construction projects with an investment volume of at least 20 million euros
- Participation in the tendering and awarding of construction services
- Project management according to HOAI LPH 1-8
- Coordination of all subcontractors and trades on the construction site
- Processing of additional services, as well as cost and project control
We have big plans, so you should bring:
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or real estate technology
- Several years of professional experience in turnkey residential construction and project management of large-scale projects preferred
- Thorough knowledge of relevant norms, regulations, and guidelines for construction
- Proficiency in MS Office products
- Determination, initiative, and ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Organizational talent and solution-oriented thinking
- Sensitivity for appropriate handling of situations and individuals with clients (buyers, tenants)
