LEWC Inc. is seeking Outpatient Child/Adolescent and Adult Behavioral Health Clinicians Full-Time and Part-Time Positions are available in Easton, Cambridge, Salisbury, Bowie, and Annapolis.

Flexible Scheduling Provided Mon-Friday 8am-4:30pm, 10:00am-6pm, 12p-8p or 5pm-8pm

Full Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits provided to FT positions.

A Maryland Board License (LCSWC, LCPC, LCADC) is Required

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients with mental health concerns
• Utilize evidencebased treatment modalities to provide effective psychotherapy
• Assess and diagnose clients using standardized assessment tools
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
• Provide crisis intervention and management as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients
• Maintain accurate and uptodate client records and documentation
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments

Skills:

• Proficient in conducting individual and group therapy sessions
• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental health diagnosis
• Knowledge of evidence based counseling principles and practices
• Strong crisis management skills to effectively handle emergency situations
• Ability to collect and analyze data for treatment planning purposes
• Competency in conducting comprehensive patient assessments
• Proficient in various psychotherapy techniques and interventions
• Excellent conflict management skills to address client concerns or conflicts
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to mental health conditions
• Experience in providing care for individuals with PTSD, Depression, ADHD, Substance Use Disorders
