- Colony Brands is seeking an Assistant Inventory Manager for our Sun Prairie Distribution Center. In this role, you will provide inventory management, supervisory support, training, and system analysis/testing for our warehouse. You will coordinate inventory and slotting operations to optimize efficiency.
- What You'll Do:
- As an Assistant Manager of Inventory, you will be responsible for overseeing all inventory management processes and procedures at our distribution center. Your primary duties include supervising the cycle counting, slotting, and inventory teams to maintain accuracy. You'll work closely with the warehouse management system (WMS) and make enhancements.
- You'll also be responsible for:
- Supervise, train, and evaluate full-time and seasonal warehouse employees
- Oversee slotting, cycle counting, inventory, and timekeeping
- Serve as a key member of process improvement teams
- Manage WMS and CORS systems and processes
- Develop training programs and analyze processes for improvement
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field
- Ability to analyze data and improve processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience training, coaching and evaluating staff
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management
