    Job Details

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Remote Associate Attorney to join our legal team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with our team of experienced attorneys. The ideal candidate will have experience in workers' compensation defense, intellectual property, and litigation.

    Responsibilities:
    • Represent clients in workers' compensation defense cases
    • Conduct legal research and analysis
    • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery
    • Attend hearings and trials
    • Manage and prioritize caseloads
    • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
    • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

    Qualifications:
    • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
    • Active California State Bar license
    • 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense or workers' compensation attorney
    • 5+ years of experience in litigation, with a focus on intellectual property
    • Strong legal research and analytical skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
