Description

We are currently looking for an agent to fill a full-time position in our business department as a Customer Service Agent in the Order Processing department.

You will be part of a group dedicated to protecting our customers, the integrity of our platforms and most importantly, providing excellent customer service.

You will work closely with other members of the team to continuously improve internal processes and help prevent future fraudulent transactions.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Review all orders by following our standard procedure and utilizing fraud tools on a daily basis in a timely manner to identify valid and fraudulent transactions.
  • Maintain or exceed minimum review volume expectations with mínimal errors, complaints, fraud alerts, or chargebacks.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding their orders and assist customers by explaining the process and next steps to follow with professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm.
  • Ensure the integrity of our online customers and minimize fraud loss by communication with customers, and/or partnership with banks.
  • Data Entry and additional office duties as needed.

  • Computer proficiency with MS and Google sheets
  • Phone Etiquette is a must to listen and empathize with the customers and offer solutions.

Job Requirements:


  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year Phone Customer Service related experience
  • 1 year Office related experience
  • Fraud Prevention related experience (Desired, not required)

Pay:
$ $19.50 per hour
