Pear Tree - Hel's Kitchen Catering is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team.

In this new role, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our sales team.

• Assist the sales team/Event Planners in managing customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships
• Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues
• Collaborate with the sales team to execute sales strategies
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
• Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate vendor orders for client events
• Assist with social media posts

• Excellent communication, written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Prior experience in sales support, customer service, and/or catering is a plus.
