    Home Helpers is a highly reputable agency providing compassionate one-on-one, in-home companion care and daily living assistance to the elderly in Framingham, Weston, Wellesley, Natick and surrounding towns.

    We strive to offer a respectful and supportive work environment with various benefits including:
    • LONG shifts $19-$20/hour
    • Shorter shifts ranging from $20 to $25/hour
    • $250/day for Live-In cases
    • Flexible shifts (full time and part time)
    • Paid time off, health insurance, dental & vision, disability
    • Paid hands-on training IN FIELD
    • $200 Employee referral bonus program
    • Eligible for $200 new hire BONUS after 200 hours

    While your role will vary by client, it will usually include:
    • Providing caring and dependable companionship
    • Light housekeeping
    • Preparing meals and snacks
    • Assisting with personal hygiene (like bathing and toileting)
    • Transportation to and from your clients appointments and activities
    • Carrying out a plan of care that best supports your client
    • Creating compassionate and supportive solutions to your clients unique needs by collaborating with your HomeHelpers team and your clients family
