LONG shifts $19-20/hour
Shorter shifts ranging from $20 to $25/hour
$260/day for Live-In cases
Flexible shifts (full time and part time)
Paid time off, health insurance, dental & vision, disability
Paid hands-on training IN FIELD
$200 Employee referral bonus program
Eligible for $200 new hire BONUS after 200 hours
While your role will vary by client, it will usually include:
Providing caring and dependable companionship
Light housekeeping
Preparing meals and snacks
Assisting with personal hygiene (like bathing and toileting)
Transportation to and from your client's appointments and activities
Carrying out a plan of care that best supports your client
Creating compassionate and supportive solutions to your client's unique needs by collaborating with your HomeHelpers team and your client's family
