- Operate and maintain one of the four manufacturing machines (Digital Finishing Press, Flexo Press, Rewinder, and Offset Press).
- Set up the machine according to job specifications, ensuring each job is done to the highest quality standards.
- Prepare and gather all necessary materials, including paper, inks, coatings, and tooling required for the job.
- Mix and adjust inks as required.
- Conduct start-up and in-process inspections to guarantee top-quality finished products.
- Ensure that all printing plates, cylinders, ink pans, and other related materials are clean and stored appropriately.
- Complete quality work in a timely manner.
- Follow all necessary procedures and processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be fluent in English
- Able to read and use a ruler
- Basic computer and math skills
- Knowledge and understanding of printing processes a plus
