Job Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee the company's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the business.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set operational policies, strategic goals, and initiatives that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Develop and implement new processes and systems to improve productivity and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise operational staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings and suggestions to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, particularly those specific to residential real estate.

Requirements:


  • Must be licensed in residential real estate with at least two years of direct experience in the field.
  • Proven track record of operational success in the real estate sector, with demonstrable skills in strategic planning and business development.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • High degree of professionalism and a clientcentered approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
