Food technology specialists are responsible for the quality production of food, from receiving the ingredients to the final product.

  • Controlling and monitoring production processes
  • Development and quality control
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and recipes
  • Operating and maintaining machinery
  • Preparing and storing goods
  • Using packaging materials

This apprenticeship caters to different tastes: it provides in-depth insights and a broad knowledge through cross-departmental processes. Additional apprentice projects, such as independently developing products for the employee shop, complete the overall package.
