Key Responsibilities

  • Strive towards mastering the role by focusing on completing all PMO Training necessary to enhance technical, commitment, and leadership skills
  • Set and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals (5 technical, 5 commitment, 6 personality)
  • Ensure the achievement of Doctors' and teams' goals and priorities through servant leadership
  • Attend Bell Leadership Training every 1824 months
  • Uphold the Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven, Operations focus philosophy through monthly synergy meetings, weekly team meetings, and effective morning huddles
  • Concentrate on aligning the team's efforts to support the Doctor in realizing their Top 10 Professional goals
  • Establish rapport with the doctor through daily one-on-one sessions, morning huddles, and weekly touch points focusing on communication, connection, and required support
  • Dedicate yourself to being a business partner for the Doctor by collaborating on and establishing quarterly and annual financial objectives
  • Assist the Doctor in prioritizing, planning, and scheduling Continuing Education (CE) through Doctor Education and Leadership programs
  • Comprehend the advantages and metrics of DMP and aid the Doctor in monitoring progress
  • Collaborate with Doctors to pinpoint the necessary skills for vacant positions and select the appropriate team members within the practice
  • Effectively onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support offices
  • Support team members in prioritizing and planning their training through Core Essentials and additional programs for their role's growth

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree or 5 years' leadership experience (in a professional office, hospitality, retail, banking, medical, etc.)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
  • Strong analytical, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
  • Must be trustworthy, maintaining patient confidentiality and team ethics

Desired Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a dental or medical setting
  • 1+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable
  • Prior experience with Dentrix or other dental software

Physical Requirements:


  • Capable of effectively performing essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Accommodations can be arranged for individuals with disabilities to carry out the key responsibilities
  • Prolonged periods of desk work and computer usage
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds when necessary
  • Flexibility to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person when feasible) periodically throughout the year (some travel may be involved)
