Established and growing design/build residential building and remodeling company has an opening for a residential construction estimator. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player to join our team.


    Responsibilities:

    • To assist and coordinate with sales team
    • To understand and create budgets and estimates for all remodeling and new construction.
    • Write accurate, comprehensive, descriptive contracts leading to successful, profitable construction projects.
    • To thoroughly understand blueprints/drawings, scope of work and do take-offs.
    • To secure bids from sub-contractors and suppliers.
    • Work together with trades and vendors to ensure project profitability.
    • To write and manage change orders
    • To have an understanding of all pricing and templates and update regularly.

    Qualifications:

    • 5 years' hands-on experience in residential building and remodeling
    • Experience as residential construction estimator a huge plus
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize well.
    • Must care about people, have great character and attitude, as well as enthusiasm and passion (Hint...These are HUGE with us)

    Salary will be based on experience along with bonuses. We offer a retirement plan along with paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays. Medical Insurance available.
