    We are currently seeking a Solar Sales Consultant to join our team, focusing on the New England market with a specialization in engaging C&I customers.

    Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy Development:

    • Devise and execute strategic sales plans to target C&I clients with an interest in rooftop PV systems.
    • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in prospective organizations to drive sales opportunities.

    Client Consultation:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' energy requirements and financial goals to propose customized rooftop PV solutions.
    • Offer detailed consultations including system design proposals, financial analysis, and ROI projections.

    Proposal Preparation:

    • Create in-depth proposals and presentations highlighting the advantages of rooftop PV systems, encompassing cost savings, environmental benefits, and long-term sustainability.

    Project Coordination:

    • Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering, procurement, and installation, to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Act as the main contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and addressing any issues.

    Market Research and Networking:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies in the solar energy field.
    • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance the company's visibility and generate potential leads.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated success in solar energy sales, specifically with rooftop PV systems and C&I clients.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of solar energy technology, including PV system design, installation, and upkeep.
    • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to explain intricate concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Proven skill in establishing and sustaining relationships with clients, industry collaborators, and internal stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for effective pipeline management and reporting.
    • Capability to work autonomously, efficiently prioritize tasks, and achieve sales objectives in a dynamic environment.
