Starkville Office Management Clerks handle all commercial administrative and organizational tasks within a company and ensure that the operational information and communication flows function smoothly.

They handle correspondence, write and send business letters, and answer all calls. They plan appointments and events and are involved in their execution.

Office management clerks also organize business trips, receive visitors and customers, and assist in meetings by preparing them and writing the minutes.

They manage all files, create statistics, and also evaluate them. In accounting, they check and book incoming and outgoing invoices and monitor incoming payments. In addition, they manage the material inventory and order new materials if there is not enough in stock.

In order to efficiently perform their diverse tasks, office management clerks must be familiar with the current hardware and software.


Requirements:

  • You have completed a higher commercial school, technical college or general higher education entrance qualification, a good secondary school leaving certificate or a comparable qualification.
  • You have good grades in German and math.
  • You have gained insights into the profession through internships.
  • You are motivated to learn and able to work in a team.
  • You are interested in economic and political contexts.
