    Job Description

    Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for:

    • Serving as the lead for engagement on specific client accounts.
    • Taking full responsibility for preengagement planning, execution, and final deliverables.
    • Developing detailed engagement work plans, illustrating budgets and schedules.
    • Building a thorough understanding of all audits, tax and consulting services provided by the firm, and actively participating in proposals.
    • Managing a team of staff associates, including interns.
    • Providing regular performance coaching and feedback, while developing individual technical and industry skills.
    • Effectively managing clients, providing timely and accurate communication, clear and concise direction, and strong leadership.

    YOUR EXPERIENCE:
    To be considered for this role, you must have:

    • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
    • A CPA designation.
    • At least 4 years of experience in a public accounting firm.
    • Affordable Housing or Real Estate industry experience.
    • Knowledge of audit software ProSystem Fx (a plus).
    • Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation (verbal and written) skills.
