Description
As a warehouse specialist at Calera, you will be responsible for receiving goods and storing them properly. You will also prepare shipments for dispatch and direct goods to their designated areas within the company.


YOUR training will include:

  • Receiving goods
  • Checking the type, quantity, and condition of deliveries based on accompanying documents
  • Recording goods using computer systems, unpacking and inspecting their condition, sorting and storing them properly
  • Regularly checking and taking inventory of stock
  • Picking and packing goods for shipment, completing accompanying documents, loading trucks, labeling, and securing shipments in accordance with regulations such as customs requirements
  • Transporting goods using equipment and conveyors, such as forklifts or sorting systems

YOUR qualifications:

  • Good secondary school diploma or intermediate education certificate
  • Good physical condition
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Spatial imagination
  • Carefulness and sense of responsibility

YOUR opportunities:

  • Possibility to become a certified logistics specialist and, subsequently, a certified logistics master through the Chamber of Industry and Commerce

YOUR training duration:

  • 2 years

YOUR vocational school:

  • Landsberg am Lech (block classes with overnight accommodation on a weekly basis)
