    ABOUT THE ROLEAs our Talent Coordinator based in LA, your responsibilities will include:
    Scouting talent on all platforms to onboard to management at GCAPlay a key role in the department meeting annual revenue targets, new client signings and brand acquisitionBuild a strong network of industry and brand contactsPossess an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the influencer and entertainment industry, and a keen eye on Gen ZCreate multi-platform content strategies for creators which align with their overall profileCarry out industry research to further your knowledge of brand partnerships and create opportunities for GCA creatorsComfortable working in a competitive and sometimes pressured environmentAble to work to set KPIs to ensure the success and growth of the divisionCreate and develop a list of potential brand partnersCoordinate all talent deliverables post-deal being agreed upon by Creator Manager and brandContract negotiationKeep on top of the creator diary for events (physical and digital)

    Requirements for the role of Coordinator:

    Minimum of 1 years experience in talent management or a creative roleA clear understanding of the influencer industry, the top players, brands and where the market is goingAwareness of the leading Gen Z talentA valuable network of brand contacts and industry relationshipsPersistent and determinedWillingness to take complete ownership of their areaCan create excellent presentations and client decksExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
