Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, installations, and inspections
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Operate a forklift to move materials and products as needed
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing consumable components, greasing equipment, or repairing equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as necessary

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role
• Valid forklift operator certification
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
