Great - keep reading to learn moreYOUR DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES ENGINEERAs a Customer Service Sales Engineer, your main job is to create engineering solutions that fit our clients' needs.

    You work closely with clients to understand what they require for their drying equipment. With your technical skills, you help both our teams and customers by sharing knowledge and providing support.

    You don't just work in an office; you also train sales teams and teach customers how to use and maintain our drying equipment.

    Around a quarter to a third of your time involves traveling, both within the country and internationally.

    This allows you to sell products, build relationships, learn about global needs, and ensure our products always meet expectationsREQUIREMENTS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES ENGINEERAre you a skilled communicator? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position We also require:

    Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (mechanical, chemical, agricultural, or industrial engineering)Strong understanding of engineering principles, especially related to drying processes, namely principles related to heat and mass transferFamiliarity with energy recovery systems, industrial equipment modifications, and mechanical retrofitsAbility to read and understand mechanical drawingsA LITTLE ABOUT USBuhler Group is a family-owned Swiss company that creates sustainable innovations for a better world.
