job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor.

As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours.

This is a crucial role that requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Perform nightly audits to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and transactions
Balance and reconcile all revenue and settlement accounts
Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Assist with checkin and checkout processes as needed
Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Provide exceptional customer service to guests throughout their stay

Skills:

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
Multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
Proficiency in front desk operations, including checkin/checkout procedures
Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests
Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
