    Description
    Job DescriptionDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor and control Accounts ReceivableInitiate collections and maintain AR Aging, working with Corporate Credit department.
    Assist with Physical inventory documentationPrepare and monitor Purchase Orders and Receiving ofpurchased material and services.

    Responsible for managing operational data and ensuring data integrity and accuracyDevelopment of operational procedures and documentation of data flowDevelopment of system controls to ensure data integrityAssist the Controller in producing accurate and timely financial statementsAssist in the month end closing and financial reporting process including account analysis and reconciliationAssist in special projects as necessaryAccurate and timely information for financial statement productionEnsure compliance with federal and state lawsPerformance analysis of operations that drive growth, strategy and profitability initiativesFinancial plans and forecasts are developed and variances are analyzed against plansProcessing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reportsGeneral ledger detail review and proper creation of journal entries in a timely mannerEnsure inventory matches asset accountingLANGUAGE SKILLSExcellent communication skills.

    Able to read and interpret documents such as sales reports, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, training and procedure manuals.

    Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
    REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form. Ability to solve a variety of problems and deal with situations where limited information or standardization exists.
    MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, costs, proportions, and volumes.

    TECHNICAL SKILLSThe individual must have a working knowledge and/or aptitude to do the following:

    Application knowledge of spreadsheets and skill for computer data entryExperience with SAP or HRMS a plusQuality standards - both ISO and QSEquipment used in an office operation and it's capabilities that can be translated into efficient operation.

    This also supports the Service Manager role of teacher and trainer for his/her personnel.

    Regulatory requirements including but not limited to wage and hour requirements, environmental and waste minimization, company policies, and personnel requirements including OSHA, DEQ and EEO.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the functions of this job.

    The noise level in the work environment is typical office level.
    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Accounting or Business .Prior experience in manufacturing accounting preferred.
    Strong general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll working knowledge.
    Experience in assessing, analyzing and improving business performance.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    RequirementsStrong organizational and time management skills.
    Strong computer skillsproficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
