    Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Wayne, NJ

    Soliant is in search of an adept Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our vibrant school-based team.

    This role offers the chance to make a significant difference in the lives of those grappling with communication and swallowing challenges.

    Responsibilities:
    Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint communication and swallowing issues.
    Craft personalized treatment plans based on assessments, student objectives, and proven methodologies.
    Deliver tailored therapeutic interventions encompassing speech and language therapy, voice therapy, fluency therapy, and swallowing therapy.
    Deploy a range of techniques to bolster communication skills, refine speech articulation, and foster language comprehension and expression.
    Engage with families, caregivers, and fellow professionals to offer guidance and assistance to students with communication disorders.
    Maintain regular progress monitoring and documentation, adapting treatment plans as necessary, and continually evaluating outcomes.


    Qualifications:
    Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
    Possess valid and current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
    Preferably, carry Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
    Experience with diverse demographics and age ranges is highly valued.
    Demonstrate a robust grasp of assessment tools, therapeutic methodologies, and evidence-based practices within speech-language pathology.
