What can you expect?

  • You independently carry out zoning and approval procedures according to the Building Code (BauGB) for the realization of photovoltaic systems
  • You coordinate the requirements within the scope of approval planning, create the necessary documents and coordinate the projects with the responsible approval and specialist authorities, including ongoing controlling
  • You are responsible for zoning plans, including the creation of project-related documents for the establishment, updating, and modification of land use plans, the creation of development plans in cooperation with municipalities, the preparation of urban development justifications and environmental reports, as well as plan drawings for development plans
  • You commission and evaluate external expert opinions, especially environmental expert opinions on nature and landscape, species, and habitats
