We are a young and modern gastronomy concept with centrally located restaurants and cafes. Currently, we operate two locations in Cologne, with another one opening this year.

The ST. LOUIS Café is a standout spot in the heart of Deutzer Freiheit. Every day, we offer freshly roasted and generously topped brioches, hearty ST. LOUIS Breads, fruity bowls, salads, soups, as well as savory bagels and paninis.

We also have a wide selection of hot and cold drinks, homemade smoothies and iced teas, as well as cakes and pastries.

All of this in a stylish atmosphere, with a large outdoor seating area and friendly service.

We are looking for a
Deputy Operations Manager (m/f/d) for our Cologne-Deutz location, full-time or part-time.

Start date:
Immediately or as soon as possible.

Salary:
Above industry standard (depending on experience level) + excellent tips and other benefits.
