Ferrysburg is currently seeking a Safety Officer - Construction Safety Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in Haren.

This is a full-time position with a growing company that has been in operation since 1972 and now has 1,400 employees and 24 locations worldwide.

We are currently looking for a Safety Officer with a focus on construction site safety (m/f/d). You are a unique individual with your own set of qualifications, talents, and desires. Your responsibilities will include identifying customer requirements for safety, health, and environmental protection on construction sites, collaborating with our customers' safety coordinators, supporting the implementation of safety requirements on construction sites, providing on-site safety support for large projects, conducting subcontractor audits and regular and ad-hoc site inspections, creating project-specific risk assessments, monitoring and implementing new regulations and laws, managing and selecting subcontractors for their qualifications and compliance with customer requirements, coordinating the deployment of employees abroad.

Your profile should include a completed technical or scientific education or degree with additional qualifications as a safety specialist or safety coordinator, ideally with experience in assembly and construction sites, good communication skills, a
