Your challenge

You are responsible for the entire E-Bike division with the neodrives brand.
You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of a team of five employees.
You shape the company's strategy in the management team and report directly to the management.
In addition, you develop the business unit further, also in terms of internal processes.
You plan new product and marketing concepts and review the product and pricing policy.
To achieve comprehensive market presence, you maintain and win strategic key accounts.
You act as an important contact for all interfaces within the company, such as service, marketing, and production.
