*Your Future Plans*The Corporate IT department operates the core systems of RWE, and in the Technology Services department, we develop secure and robust IT platforms for the company. This supports our Growing-Green approach.

  • Responsibility for the operation of ERP systems/Solman in terms of planning, budget, and security in hybrid system landscapes
  • Establishing "rules of the game" for the systems (e.g. development conventions)
  • Participation in larger projects/programs based on ERP systems, e.g. taking on the role of a technical team lead or architect (m/f/d)
  • Management of support organizations
  • Lead function/project responsibility for special technical projects, e.g. S/4HANA release upgrade
  • Close collaboration with development, testing, and product teams in an agile environment
  • Monitoring and adjustment of systems from a technical perspective (e.g. interfaces, housekeeping)
*Your Qualities as a Doer
  • Completed degree in a technical or information technology discipline, or alternatively equivalent education with relevant practical experience
  • Good knowledge of SAP Change Request Management and good SAP Basis knowledge
  • Knowledge of Solman setup (e.g. customizing)
  • High problem-solving competence (hands-on mentality)
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Strong customer orientation, communication skills, assertiveness, and enjoyment of teamwork
  • High commitment - also in your own development
