Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent from specialty residency programs nationwide.
Plan and coordinate university recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events.
Collaborate with university faculty, staff, and student organizations to build relationships and promote our company as an employer of choice.
Deliver engaging presentations and workshops to educate residents about our company, culture, and career opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in university recruiting and talent acquisition.
Maintain and monitor spending on events compared to plan to ensure budget is maintained

Qualifications:

Proven experience in university recruiting, campus relations or similar, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
Strong events planning and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple events simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel frequently 70% to universities and events across the US.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot
