Description
A large Fortune 250 company is looking for a senior technical project coordinator.This resource is expected to be onsite Monday - Friday to assist in the coordination of technology setup of new retails stores.
The project coordinator's responsibilities will include 75% technical support, 25% scheduling with 3rd party vendors, asset management, and building out documents to help technicians that support the retail stores.
Working with 3rd party vendors (i.e.working with AT&T to ensure phone lines are set-up and numbers are programmed properly), Point of Sale Systems and Hardware Integrations, and supporting and troubleshooting CISCO products/hardware (CISCO SHOP) are daily tasks.
The coordinating, ordering and shipment of pallets to DCs (distro centers) will be handled by this consultant.There will be time this resource will be asked to go to the site to oversee/learn how the process and set up works.
Attention to detail is highly recommended for this role. There will be times creating documentation to help vendors with installation process will be asked of this resource.

5+ years of experience in a technical project coordination role (operations, help desk
Experience coordinating with 3rd party vendors
Experience supporting and troubleshooting CISCO products/hardware
Troubleshooting experience
Experience working with a ticketing system
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Retail experience
A+ certification
Linux knowledge
