Benefits Administration Services Associate III
Conduent Business Services- Remote
Monday- Friday, availability to work between 8 am- 6 pm (8-hour shift with 1hr break)
The pay rate for 4 weeks of training is $16.15/hr, and the regular pay rate is $17.50/hr.

About the Benefits Administration Service Associate role:
As a member of the Benefits Administration Service Team, you will help people every day by taking calls, and actively listening, while discussing retirement, and/or survivor benefits. You will manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems.
Our associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our clients success.
Requirements
Were looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural empathy, and the determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution. To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in call center environment.
Previous experience working a caseload or working with retirement benefits.
Excellent communication skills
MS Office proficiency, Word and Excel intermediate level
Great problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively multi-task
High school diploma, GED
Ability to complete a mandatory paid training program.
Previous experience with CIBLO, DB& or KLG tools.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business needs, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $33600- $37800.
