Living Bold LLC is seeking a
Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic leadership and direction in our
Residential Group Home, ensuring the achievement of the organization's mission, goals, and objectives.

Living Bold LLC provides direct support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Autism, and/or serious mental illnesses across Central PA.

We have a growing team of passionate direct support professionals who provide high quality services for the individuals we serve.

The Chief Executive Officer will work closely with the President/Chief Operations Officer to oversee day-to-day operations and provide administrative and operational supervision of the Residential program and our group home.

• Assisting with the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies and procedures.
• Assuring regulatory compliance.
• Actively participating as a member of the senior management team.
• The development of new and/or modified program opportunities.
• The fostering of transparency and open communication.
• Motivating and training staff to the highest level of quality for the program

• Do you have 5 years of experience at the senior management level with responsibility for providing residential services for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, Autism, and/or serious mental illness?
• Do you have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education, Psychology, Public Health, Rehabilitation, Social Work, Therapeutic Recreation, Intellectual Disability field, or related field?
• Do you have working knowledge of Chapter 6100 and 6400?
