WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN AN FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALISTJob Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the sales process from initial request to hand off to Franchisor, with continual support, including discovering and sourcing possible new franchisees, pipeline maintenance, and sales procedure adherence.
  • Scheduling initial calls via Google Meets to establish trust and education in franchising by interviewing and evaluating prospective franchisees, including understanding their inquiries and responding accordingly (Goal of 25 per week).
  • To provide training, education, and information about business policies and procedures to prospective franchisees.
  • Be knowledgeable of Hello Mainland's other business offerings to offer other services to clients.
  • Passionately and confidently represent Growth Club and train prospects ethically through the set sales process and pipeline.
  • Enhancing sales by planning and executing promotional activities and attending conferences.
  • Achieving the monthly and quarterly targets provided by the management team, which is to contribute $15,000 in retainers to new business outreach.
  • Reach out to 50 Franchisors per week and build a pipeline with existing Franchisors to become members of Growth Club and engage in PR services.
  • Book podcast guests for 1851, Stachecow, Estate Envy and Room1903.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Degree or not, we welcome those with the highest level of English language skills, both written and especially verbal, at least basic math skills, and high reasoning ability to solve practical problems and deal with a lot of variables in situations as well as the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form

Travel:
This position will participate in travel at a minimum of 1x per month
WORKING ENVIRONMENT

  • This position is Hybrid, with 2 days per week in the Chicago office. This position does require travel.
  • Because of the confidential nature of our client work, this is not a job that should be done from a public location
  • Employees are expected to have a dedicated work area that is free from distractions and an ability to commit to their job in its entirety the entire time working
  • Time tracking is required
  • We have a professional dress code and behavior standards plus other requirements as detailed in our handbook

COMPENSATION

  • This position pays between $60,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience, and offers opportunities for bonuses and advancement.
  • Bonus structure for this position:
  • The salary amount must be hit in retainers before the bonus structure is activated. Once this is done, a bonus structure of $2500 per deal executed will be initiated. The definition of executed is the prospect signing the Franchise Agreement and paying the Initial Franchise fee.
  • We pay 75% of a highquality national PPO insurance plan plus offer voluntary dental and vision.
  • We also match the first 1% of a 401K plus 50% of the next 5%.
  • Professional Paid Time Off is given after 90 days of fulltime employment (the first 90 days' time off is unpaid), plus we have a paid holiday schedule. Professional Paid Time Off allows for open ended PTO opportunities, as long as outcomes and overall agency resource needs are met.
