The customer service representative position is critical in ensuring we meet that goal.This person serves customers by answering questions, forwarding messages, confirming orders, scheduling deliveries and keeping customers informed of their billing and schedule status.
The customer service rep is responsible for executing all office operations.Duties include:
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls, generate sales leads, identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication, provide accurate and valid information by using the right method and tools, keep record of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Skills include:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service rep
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High school diploma
Pay:
$ $22.15 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
