- Technical leadership and Product Ownership for all phases of the product lifecycle, with specific, immediate needs including the development of offsite storage and extensible data dissemination solutions.
- Provide enterprise-level strategic direction and supports expansion of the mission set, focusing on the conversion of raw data into actionable information.
- Advise the leadership team on analytics value opportunities.
- Ensure the right solutions are being developed, with direct insight from, and collaboration with, end-user/customer counterparts.
- Directly lead the technical execution of their capabilities/products, including ownership of the requirements and design, and serves as the primary PoC for reach-back.
- Provide technical leadership over any/all suppliers/subcontractors.
- Support risk mitigation and opportunity generation.
- Decompose the Solution Backlog, and prioritizes Epics and User Stories. Is the approval authority for the completion of Features and Epics.
- Lead knowledge share/management activities for all disciplines of data acquisition-analysis-dissemination.

- Must have a Bachelor's of Science in a STEM discipline AND 14 Years of related professional/military experience in Systems Engineering, OR a Master's Degree AND 12 years of related professional/military experience in Systems Engineering, OR a PhD with 9 years of related military/professional experience in Systems Engineering.
- Must have an active DoD Top Secret clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)

You will combine the attributes of a technology visionary, strategist, and a results-oriented technical project lead of specific strategic initiatives across the disciplines of data science, architecture, storage, analytics and dissemination.
This role will need your collaborative leadership style, and the ability to drive technical maturation/evolution across a portfolio of programs, contracts, and Operating Units that will often have varied and/or conflicting needs.
Your success will see you act as the Subject Matter Expert for all aspects of data acquisition, harmonization, processing, storage, analysis, and dissemination across varied data formats, technologies and distribution/network protocols.

$161,000 - $241,400 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
